Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd. can ship to any business or residential area as long as a physical address is provided and the order passes all of our security regulations. Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd. will not ship to PO Boxes. Shipments going to hotels, or motels, must be prepaid either by wire transfer or with a money order issued by a US bank. Shipping rates are based on zip code locations and calculated in shopping cart prior to checkout. Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd. reserves the right to hold and/or delay any order indefinitely due to suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Prices for items sold on this website generally do not include freight charges. However, if an item is specifically noted as offering "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" in a price, then this offer applies ONLY to destinations within the Continental Lower U.S., not Alaska.
Items to heavy for UPS, or items that UPS damages frequently will ship by Truck. This is at our discretion, and is not included in free shipping. Truck Shipment freight charges are based on the item shipping from Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd.. If the item is being shipped from the manufacturer directly to the customer, or "drop-shipped", Trucking freight charges may be different than what is shown on the order form at the time of order placement. Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd. will notify the customer of any freight charge discrepancies for approval prior to order processing.
ORDER PROCESSING: Most orders will be processed 24-48 hours after they are received. However, some products are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and may take longer to process. We will notify you of any delays we are aware of regarding order processing. Your order will be shipped to you via your preference, for example UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Ground once the order has been processed internally.
